Sarah moved to Florida in her teens from Upstate New York and happily adopted the Sunshine State as her home. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida in 1996. After college Sarah relocated to Central Florida and spent the better part of 15 years working with physicians, hospitals and provider groups as a medical sales representative. Her time working in this complex market gave her significant insight into the challenges facing practitioners as caregivers and business owners. Sarah left the industry and went on to earn her Juris Doctor Degree from Barry University School of Law, graduating in the top 10% of her class.
After law school Sarah worked in-house as legal counsel for a retirement advisory and financial planning group. In that role, Sarah worked closely with advisors, clients, school districts and government entities in developing sound estate and asset protection plans for the markets served.
In 2016, she teamed with Jessica Hallgren Kendrick to found Concierge At-Law (now a division of The Kendrick Law Group) offering concierge legal services to healthcare providers and small business. Building on that success and with the goal of offering top notch representation and superior service, she joined the Kendrick Law Group full-time in 2017.
Sarah focuses her practice on transactional legal issues including; asset protection, simple and complex estate planning, contract negotiation, drafting and interpretation, business formation, transactional real estate and healthcare. Areas of focus specific to healthcare include practice structure and management, employment agreements, regulatory and administrative health law matters.
Outside of the workplace, Sarah spends as much time as she can with her husband, her active toddler and her teenaged stepdaughters. More often than not she can be found on a soccer field – a true passion for her whole family.
Sarah is driven to give back to the Central Florida community focusing her support and time with Make-a-Wish of Central and North Florida, Kids Beating Cancer and the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
