Sarah Marotta Geltz, Esq.

Sarah Marotta Geltz, Esq. is a senior partner in the Kendrick Law Group in Maitland, FL and co-owner of Champion Title and Closing.

Sarah focuses her practice on transactional business law, asset protection and strategic consulting. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida in 1996 and spent the early part of her career working in marketing and public/government relations with full scale engineering, land development and urban planning groups. Sarah relocated to Central Florida and had the opportunity to change industries and spent 15 years working in the healthcare and medical sector in sales and training. Her time working in these complex and diverse markets gave her significant insight into the challenges facing professional services providers as business owners. With the support of her family Sarah decided to pursue a true passion and went on to earn her Juris Doctor Degree from Barry University School of Law, graduating in the top 10% of her class.

After law school Sarah worked in-house as legal counsel for a retirement advisory and financial planning group. In her role, Sarah worked closely with advisors, clients, school districts and government entities in developing sound estate and asset protection plans for the markets served.

In 2016, she teamed with Jessica Kendrick and the pair began offering “outside in-house counsel” services to small to medium size businesses across a number of sectors including healthcare providers, real estate brokerages, builders, franchisees and retailers.

A strong foundation in real estate and land development issues as well as a focus on strategic business growth has been a catalyst for the development of a strong client base in real estate, construction and development. This became the catalyst for the launch of Champion Title and Closing, an attorney managed agency focused on transparent and client centered residential and commercial closing settlement service.

Sarah focuses her practice on transactional legal issues including; asset protection, simple and complex estate planning, contract negotiation, drafting and interpretation, business formation, transactional real estate and healthcare.

In addition to legal strategy Sarah works with business clients to develop, engage and retain effective teams in the workplace using a variety of tools and assessments and is leader trained to facilitate programs such as DISC profiling, Emotional Intelligence, Hartmann Values and Conflict Style Assessments.

Sarah is driven to give back to the Central Florida community and together with her partners founded and serves on the board of the Hope for More Foundation and serves on the School Advisory Council and Board for Choices in Learning Charter Elementary School.
